The menu features top-grade A5 Wagyu from Kagoshima, which is the current champion Wagyu Brand in Japan. Our Australian Wagyu and beef line-up consists of selected prime cuts from leading growers, with our main supplier being the award winning Jacks Creek from Tamworth in NSW. Our pork is sourced from premium Australian Pork brands.

We serve our carefully selected produce at our restaurant in Southport on the Gold Coast, where you can enjoy Shabu Shabu (hot pot), Yakiniku (BBQ), Tonkatsu (crumbed and fried pork), as well as an Izakaya- inspired food and drink menu.
